The first interview was virtual via Microsoft Teams, it lasted 15-30 minutes. The second interview was in person at Tidal Health and lasted approximately 30 minutes. Definitely arrive early for the in-person interview to find the parking lot, a parking space and then walk to the building. You will get a response regarding an offer or no offer generally within a few days or 1 week.
