I was invited in to interview for this position after a phone screening process where I was contacted by the head of HR at 6 o'clock at night. After driving into the offices for an in-person discussion, I was surprised that the director did not know my name but instead spent an hour showing me around the offices and giving me a detailed overview of the company. I was finally invited in to interview with the hiring manager and a director. Had a great conversation and was told I was an excellent candidate. This was before Christmas. After two follow-up emails to the director, I heard nothing.
