Started with a phone interview that went very smoothly. The woman actually sounded like she was interested in what I had to say. After the interview, she said she would contact me within a week if it was a good fit or not. Never heard anything after that. I even sent two follow up emails and never received a response. I was really looking forward to hearing from them and was rudely ignored.
