phone interview first, and onsite interview with engineers will work with for almost an hour, and come with a tour to the plant, talk with the workers and can ask any questions you may have. And then talk about the job functions, ask about my work experiences and projects which may related to the position. Then ask me to wait for their decision. They are very nice there, it's good chance to know such a famous company.
