1 HR interview, followed by take-home assignment followed by what should have been a follow-up interview to discuss the take-home assignment. But since my take-home assignment was well completed, the follow-up interview was anything except discussing my take-home assignment. I explained in the first HR interview (and its obvious if they had read my CV) that I have no DB development background but I have extensive C/C++ experience. Waste of time.

One of the worst company to interview for. Only good thing were the interviewers other than that it was a kind of a process that will eat your mind out. It took me 3 months to get an answer after I did all of teir rounds. The team I interviewed were very nice people and the interviews were very nice too but the management that handled the process were the worst. I started with the HR team, then a manager interview. Then I was sent a technical task. After that an interview on technical task. After that system design. After that CTO. Now this is where things get interesting, after all these steps which took around 1.5 months, the HR person said that everyone was quite happy with me and they were quite impressed with everything but the role I interviewed for they were looking for someone in different timezone and told me he would look into some other team. Now time went by and he said there was an opening in another team. Now keep in mind I had already done all the technical interviews and CTO one, I was asked to give another technical interview for the team. After giving the technical interview, I was told that they were looking for someone from a different timezone. Total time for the process 3 months, which messed with my mental state. Now you can surely understand what kind of company is this. I would not recommend someone to interview here.
