I was emailed and advise that my interview would be on Monday at 1o’clock and they would contact me with the information via email I did not receive anything via email nor did I receive the phone call on that Monday a few days later they contacted me and asked me if I would still be interested in interviewing, I interviewed and the interview went fine but I had initially Submitted for an office assistant position and they advised me that the position they were interviewing for was a dispatcher. I thought that overall it was a very unorganized process.
