Over the course of a week a woman kept trying to call me to have an interview right then and there without scheduling it. I kept missing her calls because I was at work and I would call her back later or e-mail her requesting that she simply set up a time in advance so I could clear my schedule. I even suggested times that work for me. Simple request, but scheduling seemed like too much of an inconvenience for her and she kept calling at times I didn't request where I couldn't get to the phone. She stopped trying and I wrote her on LinkedIn to see if the position was open and I was ghosted. This was almost two years ago, but I still think the whole exchange was very bizarre.
