Phone/conference call interview. Interviewers asked questions about different types of pavements I'd worked with, and inspection/testing of such pavements. Asked about deficiencies during pavement placement/consolidation, and corrective procedures applied. Interviewers informed me of company needs, length of experience, and management personnel assigned, Informed me they'd contact me soon. Called me in two days, assigned testing facility for pre-employment drug testing, and, when results from screening/background check satisfactory, the company hired me.
