My first interview was with a VP who looked at what skill set I can bring to the firm, how familiar I am with certain programs that they use in the office, and how well my past experience transfers into the new position. The second interview was with one of the managing directors over lunch where they checked my personality and table maners. The third interview was with another managing director who checked my knowledge, background and personality as well. T

What would you expect to see from senior management and where do you think you can help the most?
not professional, disrespectful, the interviewers were eating lunch while interviewing... and they were talking about some business enquiries that are irrelevant to the interview, they only allowed you to talk after they finished their conversations, never experienced this before
