The process was incredibly disorganised. I'm surprised someone's paying the Recruitment team do to this, literally have experienced more organisational skills in university societies. Started with a phone call, invited to their WeWork office and got shuffled around to different employees for general chit chats and interviews. NO structure at all. Got told there'd be three interviews usually but one of the interviewers was abroad so in stead I would only have two. I ended up having 5 different mini interviews. It was like nobody knew anything about the recuritment process. Nobody interviewing me had even seen my resume. I passed all of them and then got invited to a strange video interview with employees from China. They were 35 minutes late, didn't know my name and seemed extremely disinterested. Left me with a really bad taste of TikTok and have officially stopped using the app as well.
