The first step is a 15 minutes phone call interview. It may be scheduled early morning due to different time zone. The first impression was not great. A phone interview has been scheduled and the I got an email saying that she tried to call me on Skype and I was not available. However, she never mentioned to be a Skype interview but a call interview. Second, I was frequently interrupted because she says "yeah" multiple times during your speech interrupting you. She asked me the salary expectations and it was explained that their budget won't cover it. When she asked me if I have any question to her, I asked what is the biggest challenge for that role in this year? The answer was that she doesn’t know - I should ask the HM in the next stage. Last but not least, it was never explained what the role is - bad communication.

The interviews were structured as two case study interviews with operation leads and then a behavioral interview with the head of department. They tend to move fast (all interviews scheduled within 2 weeks)
