The recruiter was very efficient and professional. We had a first chat, although I did not get the role he reached out to tell me about it within 2 days and offered another call for feedback and context. Most recruiters don't even get back to tell you if you don't get the role. Hopefully this experience is defining a new positive recruiting experience
