I applied for the job posted on Linkedin and received an email the next day to arrange an interview. The interview was conducted over a phone call with the HR recruiter within 1 week from applying. General questions and more life an informal chat. Some questions were related to Why Tiktok and what prompted you to apply for this role. The recruiter provided all the necessary information needed. The feedback of the interview was delayed and after follow up I received a feedback after 4 weeks.
