The interviewer would either not show up or not know the job I had applied for in detail. Asked basic canned questions. At one time interviewer yawned for 30 minutes. Made it several rounds. The process seemed out of order or chaotic. No direction in the role from management. Had to call the recruiter several times if someone did not join calls. Lack of clear goals or direction.

Lost, the questions did not align with the role. Often I would need to explain to the interviewer what role I had applied to. Once during the 3/4 rounds, someone did not join the call and had to call China to get help or notify someone on call.
