It was a mix of behavioural interview and work scenario questions, quite friendly and not too intimidating. There are typically three rounds.
First round: HR
Second round: Would-be supervisor
Third round: Leader of department

Large companies can learn how different departments work together to complete different projects. It's very structured,but the work is stressful. The company benefits are very good. It’s an opportunity to learn about the structure of a large company.
