Lack of communication by recruiter - took 2+ weeks after initial screen to get interview with first team member and I had to reach out via email to follow up. After the first interview with team member, no response/feedback by recruiter. I reached out again via email after a week of my first interview and she still never responded.

I went through 4 rounds of interview in different days. Only one passed before the recruiter schedule the next one. Good thing is that they got back to me within a day or two, so the whole process went smoothly within about 3-4 weeks from recruiter reached out to me to get an offer.

Recruiter call then hiring manager 1:1 for 30 minutes. Both the recruiter and hiring manager seemed disengaged and were only interested in my last role (FANNG company) and not about my experience overall.

What skill did you have to learn very quickly recently?
recruiter didnt pay attention to my answers, asked some general questions, then i received a rejection in a week, their video has too much filter, made recruiter looked weird, wont recommend to interview with them
