Pros: The initial stages of the interview process were excellent. The interviewers were welcoming, supportive, and created a stress-free environment. Communication was fast, encouraging, and I received highly positive feedback after each round. Cons: Lack of closure and poor communication after the final stage. After completing 5 rounds—where managers openly expressed strong interest and shared team details—the process ended in complete silence. I eventually received a generic, automated rejection, and the job listing vanished. My subsequent request for feedback was completely ignored. Please show consistency in your communication. Ghosting candidates after 5 rounds of intensive interviews, especially after leading them to believe the outcome would be positive, is highly unprofessional and disrespectful of their time.

HR call, hiring manager call, get offer and onboard. I don't have much patience when working with a team. However, I've also worked to improve this weakness by sharing with coworker in projects. it's important I learn how to trust my coworkers and ask for outside help when necessary.
