I applied by referral, so CV screening only took 3 days.
Then I received screening questionnaire asking about my potential start date and visa status. Questionnaire received by email, no calls at this stage.
A 30 minute online interview, situational what-would-you-do style questions, not too difficult and easily explained, opportunity for questions to ask at the end, think as a current employee in the situation questions

The interview was easy but I don't really think they were "hiring", there were three stages in total. I needed to do a whole presentation for the final stage, about TikTok award, it was quite fun but I don't think the interviewers really asked a lot of questions about my deck.
