I had an introductory 15-minute call that was scheduled for 30 minutes. I got a follow-up email five minutes after the call that stated they were "not going to pursue [me] further for this position." When I asked for feedback I got a very rude response that included they were all but ready to hire someone. I'm not sure why I was interviewed if they already had a candidate in the final stages.
