While I was not selected to proceed through interviews, Mike Manzi from Time Doctor was incredibly kind and helpful to me. He went above and beyond sending the usual non-offer email by giving me specific, thoughtful feedback on why I wasn't selected and even provided general interview and job application advice. There is no doubt that this interaction has better equipped me to land a job for the future. During a time when so many have lost work and are actively applying for roles, it is increasingly hard to find people who take the time out of their day like Mike has.

Colloquio
Reached out to one of their team members via LinkedIn as there was a post about a hiring spree. Sent my resume directly to their VP of Sales who posted about the job openings at Time Doctor. I heard back from him within a few hours of sending the email and it was the best rejection response I have ever received. Almost always you either get an automated response or no answer. However, He spent the time to craft the email saying I would not be considered but it was done professionally and was personalized. He even provided a CRM spreadsheet to help with my job search (yes it's tough during these times and any help is great). I can already tell how great the culture of this company is based on this interaction. Best of luck to them!
