They provided a report following the conversation that bore no resemblence to anything I had actually said and had no comprehension of what I had discussed. Total waste of time. 3 rounds + homework, very structured and balanced, focus on both math and programming, they asked very detailed questions to make sure you really have the experience. Quick interview process, all good.
