miscommunication, fake commitment, you can't trust anyone in this company, HR people don't know how to behave with the candidate, initially they will promise something and then till the time of joining they will change their words thousands of time.
I had very bad experience with this company.

Three interviews one with area sales manager, second with zonal manager, third with the national head. The interview was just like any other sales interview. Situation handling was one of the most prominent part of the interview.

Directly we are put to the Line Manager. When he/She is convinced we are further put to HR round and salary negotiation is done. It is normally not a tough interview, but we are to convince the manager with our professional appeal and communication. only these two are primarily required.
