A year ago I sent them my resume. Received a confirmation of receipt from the recruiter. But after that, they ignored me. I wrote to the recruiter by e-mail and LinkedIn, but I did not receive any reply.
A year later I received a job vacancy by e-mail from recruiter. To my question why I was ignored a year ago did not get a clear answer.
I passed a technical interview on Skype with two developers from Moscow. Then a full-time interview with the head in Yekaterinburg.
I got a good offer, but decided to give it up for personal reasons.

Knowledgeable interviewer, pleasant atmosphere, no puzzler problems or leetcode problems. Done over zoom with a webcam, about an hour long.
Seemed to go very well, but was refused after. Was given no feedback.
