The process was rather fast and included two meetings and a home assignment. HR was friendly and answered all my questions rapidly. The interview was held in Zoom. No unusual questions, just experience and behavioral questions.

if you have a telephone number or a bank card number in the buffer and you go to the bank application the pup-up appears and offers you to make a money transfer to this number.

It was a standard interview for a Product Manager position. The overall recruitment process consists of at least 4 stages: 1) HR screening (past experience); 2) An interview with a Product Manager from a random department; 3) A product case study one on one with a senior product; 4) An interview with a team or several teams.

Product session:
1. They gave me a case to analyze the reason for a drop in the credit application conversion rate. I was allowed to ask clarifying questions and essentially had to come up with various hypotheses.
2. They asked questions about the main page of their mobile application and suggested that I analyse an old feature they had tried to implement but then rolled back. The feature was aimed at providing users a quick money transfers by phone number from the main page. I was asked to design an experiment to find out the potential benefits from this feature and then describe how I would approach a potential rollout .
