Pretty hard to get to this company, selection process is pretty dumb: every time you need to solve an algorithm contest, which is always leaked to the community. As a result, only guys, who found leaked contest problem can get to interview part
But interview is not that hard, really requires just to be educated enough in ML and to know basic things about Classic ML and DL
