Initial interview with recruiter, then first interview with direct report/hiring manager. All in all was about 4 days in length. Was then ghosted by the company and heard nothing further. I did not want to follow up with the external recruiter as they would not have been able to help and did not want to work with their clients if that is how they treat potential employees. They did use the wonderful phrase "We are like a family here" red flag 101 for younger generations looking to join.
