Overall Interviewing Process was normal, it was not so hard ( I would say a little bit below moderate).Recruiter contacted me , after 30-40 mins phone interview, In phone interview i was asked to solve one problem(basic python problem).On-site Interview seemed fabricated. They probably selected their own candidate(may be referenced by someone from team) already but just to show off upper management they scanned all candidates , they wanted to interview me.I did well in interview procedure but i got rejection.I solved all the problems given by interviewers except one (which was not relevant to my work).
I solved one problem which was not solved in traditional style( unfortunately, interviewer apparently only know that method) and started to argue with me and proved me wrong.( what an ignorance, may be interviewer learnt a moment ago about it!!!!).
I was pretty disappointed with interviewers but i would like to thank them.after a month later, i got another offer from a well known company with more pay scale and flexible location. ( its really hard to get in still i cleared ). if you play this kind of politics , its really bad for your company and your company culture.
you may think i am writing this review because i did not get offer but its not about it. i got offers from many other good companies after your rejection( for the same position), i am writing this review so HR people who work inside company can see and evolute company's work ethics and recruitment policies.

Two phone screens followed by four on site interviews: First phone screen by director and second one by a senior engineer on the team. 3 of the 4 on site interviews were conducted by engineers and the last one was by manager of the team.

Domanda 1
First phone screen was an exchange of information: I was asked to share my background and expertise areas, a challenging project I have worked on- problem statement, how it was solved, what difficulties were encountered, business impact. The interviewer shared some information on their ongoing projects and what they were looking for. The second phone screen involved a coding question followed by a request to describe a challenging project that I worked on. The on-site interviews were a combination of coding questions, design questions and questions related to projects on resume.

I think the interview process was pretty straight forward. Phone screen and on-site. Well organized interview process. 3-4 onsite technical interviews. Mostly questions ranging from easy to medium level of leetcode. Also don't forget to review your Java. Review threading related problems.
