Tintri had three rounds of interviews. The first round was 5 back-to-back 30-minute interviews with various members of the marketing team. The second round was 4 back-to-back 45-minute interviews with members of the executive team. The final round interview was a longer 1:1 with the Chief People Officer. Tintri clearly takes the interview process seriously, and invests a lot of energy in finding the right candidates.
