More conversational - to understand selling style. This is definitely a consultative type sales process and its important to be able to build trust and challenge status quo with a prospect.

Easy interview for the role I applied for but age seem to scare them away.i recommend doing blind interviews so you focus on the most important things- capability, experience and possible roi.
