Interview itself was thorough, asking my experience with specific programs or systems listed in the job description. It went smoothly and felt like a genuine conversation, but lack of email communication, not answering calls, and not reaching back to me when they gave me a deadline of when I should hear back just reflects poorly, especially after speaking with their HR department. Expectations are set by themselves but aren't followed through, ghosting me in the end.
