Had to clear aptitute test, financial modelling test and face to face interview , two rounds. Overall experience was good. It gave a clear picture about the expectation, what is required from the potential candidate.
Initial conversation with the Human Capital team, followed by a few rounds of interviews with increasingly senior team members. Before meeting with the most senior team members, but after initial interview rounds, there is a modeling exam.

Why do you want to work at TS? Why do you like Real Estate? Talk about a time you overcame a challenge? Walk me through the cash flow of a real estate proforma? What do you think about current rents and valuations in the market?
2 stages. The first was behavioral with an HR rep, it went for roughly 30 minutes and was pleasant. The second stage was a 4 hour modeling test of a potential office building.
