Charming and friendly Owner who makes you think that it will be great to work in his company. Very pleasant. This Owner is a hustler who is trying to make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. At first you think he is an innovator but after working there you realize it is all smoke and mirrors. Also has poor reputation in the city for management.
