You will get a phone call for an interview. Once you pass the interview, you will attend orientation, FATS training, self defence training, OC training, baton training, and hand cuffing training.

After that the interviewer basically did a sales pitch for working at the company. Then it was basically setting up my schedule and setting me up to get a Kansas City commission.
