      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Titansoft (Singapore) nel mese di ago 2015

      Colloquio

      After the online technical exam, I had 2 rounds of technical interview. The first one was with an Assistant Manager. I enjoyed the interview. It was relaxed and I felt comfortable with the interviewer. I passed the interview. Unfortunately, after a day or two, I was informed by the recruiter that Titansoft won't be able to offer me my expected monthly salary which we already agreed to before we started the screening process and that they can only offer me a monthly salary less than what I am currently getting. One of the reasons they gave me was it would be unfair to their current employees on the same Job Grade I was applying to if they hire someone with a higher monthly salary than them. So, I told them I will not continue the application because of this. They called again to inform me that they would try to bump me up to the next Job Grade so I can, at least, get the equivalent of my current monthly salary. However, in order to do so, they would need to prove to their managers that I'm worthy of getting a higher Job Grade. So, they proposed for me to work with them for 2 full days so they can measure my skills and determine my attitude. I declined, because it would have been a breach of contract with my current employer. Finally, they arranged a second interview with the Development Manager and one of their Technical Managers. The interview was okay. It wasn't the most difficult interview I ever had, but it wasn't a breeze through either. It was a combination of a technical interview and an interview that would determine your work attitude. This last interview determined that I won't be getting a higher Job Grade and that's where the screening process ended.

      Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review as your feedback will give us the opportunity to further fine tune our process. It also gives us the opportunity to clarify a few things as there seems to be a slight miscommunication between you and the recruitment agency. Titansoft has a transparent and structured job grade- salary scheme for our product developers and each job grade has a clear set of skills required. Before the first interview, we had clearly communicated to the recruitment agency that the salary was in a range and the final amount offered would be commensurate to our interview assessment. During the interview, we assess which job grade your skills and experience falls in to. As with most job interviews, the final amount offered is only after the interview, not before the candidate has even been assessed. We believe in giving all qualified candidates a fair assessment, hence the desire to have you come in for a second interview to have another chance at seeing if you qualified for the job grade that matched the salary that you were requesting for. We are definitely open to hiring senior product developers at any job grade provided they fulfil the pre-requisites for that job grade.
