Overall, I enjoyed interviewing with Toast! The entire process was spread out over about a month. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, a phone screen with the hiring manager, and two sets of on-site interviews where I talked to four different employees each time. Luckily, I was not interviewing for other positions at the time - if I were, I think the process may have been a bit too drawn out and I would have had to end up declining at some point, even though I knew I really wanted to work there. I wish that I would have been told from the get-go that there would potentially be two on-site interviews (I didn't learn about the second until I was on my first, and had kind of expected to hear back soon after). Other than this though, it was great to be able to meet so many Toast employees before joining the team and getting a well-rounded idea of how the company works!
