Online application followed by a brief phone conversation from an hr rep. Felt rushed, Stale (Pun intended), and didn't dive deep into anything of substance. Heard back for a 2nd round of interviews but I was turned off by how unwelcoming the first person that I talked to from the company was. You're the first person potential hires are coming in contact with and YOU are the biggest representation of the company.
Whats laughable is that they have a toast talent community group for recruiting on linkedin that no one from the company posts in or acknowledges ANYONE who posts, So whats the point of having that? Whoever is in charge of hiring and the community needs to be reevaluated guessing from the past year of interview reviews and employee reviews.

i thought that it was good. there were all fair questions, relatively easy process, would suggest it to anyone looking to start their career in sales or a bdr job in general

Quick and straight forward. Interviewers were clear and seemed really passionate. Even though I didn’t end up getting the position, they were very quick with the process and straightforward. I wish they would have gotten back to me with feedback when I asked.
