I applied online and received interview notification three days after my application. It was a phone interview and was scheduled using an online calendar system. Got confirmation quickly. Received the call on time. The interview took about 20 minutes. The recruiter seemed to be reading through the question list and was just recording.

A very short phone call interview, asking you to describe one project. They will just give you feedback based on one project. So be careful. They don't seem to be very interested in the candidates. They gave me a feeling like they need to run right after the interview.
