The interview was scheduled two weeks out from the actual contact date. One interview with a recruiter the other with a manager. The recruiter was nice the manager rushed the interview, talked fast and was late. 5 minutes into the interview I knew I was not the pick based off interaction. What's even funny is the fact that my current position at my current company does more and is higher in title than this position. Looking at the company profile photo and lack of "POC" with only counting 3. I knew that I was not going to be picked for this position. Manager didnt know much about the position, details of duties and provided a sense that this position could be temporary or very vague in what was needed or desired.
