First call with recruiter, then sales manager, then another one scheduled with same sales manager but with prep—work before hand. Pretty standard questions for the first 2 interviews....the prep-work for the 3rd interview seemed a little off as it required me to go in to service industry establishments and almost do a first call type of meeting without saying I’m associated with Toast. I’d report back the experience and my findings about the restaurant during the 3rd meetings. Seems odd to me and almost like I’m doing free prospecting for the company.
