Started with 2 phone interviews, a take home test and then a multiple hour long interview with multiple different people throughout the company - it was a good interview and had a good vibe. My issue is really the lack of organization afterward, I was emailed to set up a time to chat about a week after the last interview where I was told I didn’t get the job but it was a tough decision as they really liked me, I was then contacted a few days later to let me know they would open a position if I were still interested which I ended up verbally accepting, they stated it would be a few days until they could send a written offer due to opening a position but then they forgot to send me the offer and contacted me wanting it signed and returned to discover they never sent it so they then wanted it immediately signed and returned as they wanted me to start 9 days from this point. The lack of organization ultimately caused me to rescind my acceptance.
