The interview process was well organized and after having initial conversations with the recruiter and hiring manager the plan for interview was scheduled. It was a 2.5 hr long Interview session planned with number of conversations with different team members. There was a case study given that had to be presented in front of the Director.

There were many rounds of interviews but the panel was engaging and insightful. Most of the panel was friendly and had crisp questions. HR was constantly in touch throughout the process which we see very less in other organizations.

Mostly scenario-based that you faced in previous roles
The process is smooth, and people are friendly and helpful. It is a very thoughtful recruiting process and I like the culture there.
There are many rounds of interview, so it's important to prepare in advance.
The recruiter and hiring manager did not follow up after the interview. Though interview experience itself was positive, communication was poor and can be improved upon as a courtesy to applicants.
