Thorough, but compact and concise interview process. Between initial recruiter contact and offer was just over two weeks. Four rounds in total. First round was with recruiter, which was straight forward: relevant experience, resume history, fit for the role, etc. Second round was a phone interview with the hiring manager which lasted about an hour, give or take. This round was quite a bit more detailed in the questions (relevant experience, coaching methodology, administrative management, etc). Third round was again with the hiring manager, however this time it consisted of a Power Point presentation. I was tasked with putting together a go-to market strategy from scratch (research TAM (market analysis and segmentation) competitors, marketing, hiring and development of reps, quarterly and yearly reviews, etc. This part of the process was the most challenging and I spent a fair bit of time making sure my presentation was top notch (which I was told by both the hiring manager and the VP of Sales). Lastly was the interview with VP of Sales. This round was set up as a culture fit interview/rubber stamp by the VP. Nonetheless, it was still professional and consisted of relevant management questions. But at the same time the VP wanted to get to know me on a personal level. I was verbally offered the role on the call and HR followed up the next business day with confirmation of offer and discussion of salary and benefits.
Overall, I’d say it was slightly challenging but nothing overwhelming if you’re prepared. I researched like crazy about the interview process, expectations, etc, and felt well prepared for each step.
Lastly, I must stress how quickly everything was communicated with me, the follow ups were timely and everything they promised was delivered. Genuinely a great interview experience if not the best I’ve ever experienced.

Pretty standard in the beginning; click a link, attach a resume, make sure the resume information is correct and then wait for a notification update.
Got notified in about 4-days that Toast requested a screening call. It was scheduled for 30mins, but took about 15min. Very standard question asking professional highlights of performance and how skillsets relate to role.
Interviewer was very professional.
