There was no attention given to the dogs by the workers. They would not pet them or play with them. They would just sit there ignoring them and spray them with a water bottle every now and then. They advertise that "they have a low pup to worker ratio". I did not see that at all. It was actually sad. Some dogs were hiding under chairs afraid to come out.
