A great chat with Sofia, before a digital interview with two members of the toca boca team; and then a work test. The team was very humble and full of passion which o found refreshing; I was also grateful that I was kept up to date with the recruitment process. If the situation was in limbo, Sofia updated me on a time frame by which a decision would be made, and was very helpful in giving me feedback.

The hiring process was quick (given holiday interruption over the new year). I got to meet relevant people for my role to ask questions and also see if it was a good fit. The work test describes well what the role entails.
