I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2-3 weeks. I interviewed at Tock in early 2022. Screening-phone- 4 rounds of technical. Overall, interviewers were really nice, helpful and also got to know about the company well. I thought my interview went really well and was expecting an offer. However, I never got follow-up email after the final round. I sent about 3 follow-up email to recruiters but did not get a single response. Extremely disappointed at the process how they just Ghost candidate after investing one full day of interview.

Applied through website. Received interview invitation w/ recruiter email the following day. The call with the recruiter was a little strange. He kept trying to give me advice on how to tailor my resume and things I shouldn't mention when talking to recruiters because "if they weren't nice like him, they could be biased". Other than that, this was a simple recruiter screening call that I thought went well and by the end of the call he said one of his coordinators would reach out to schedule the next round of interviews but I was ghosted after that.
