I am student from IITB, the employer initially gave us a task, they had opened positions for visual design and ui ux, after completing the task they provided we all submitted the task later they say we will not be hiring for ui ux since they are at the pace of 100 and we are still at 10 thats ok, and for visual design position me and my friend were shortlisted, only and during interview it felt as if they were not interested and first asked me that they will go through the task and ask related questions, i gave my interview confidently, later the interviewer did not even bother to open my task for which i was shortlisted as if they wanted to just close down the meeting, and even she forgot to open my task while she was interviewing, everything happened yesterday. And guess what they have been doin the same with other colleges collecting ideas and running away, i got a reality check that companies can be so insensitive and careless. It can be very difficult for students when this happens and are affected emotionally and mentally.
