I was contacted for a position of QA Lead and during the technical interview, the contractors were referring inly for Mid/sr role available. I am not sure if it was a conflict of interest but the approach during the interview was very bad. The Senior QA did smart questions and had a clear conversation. The Contractor Lead was very unfriendly, poor communication and bad questions. He really turned the interview process very demotivated itself.
