Toll bros initially made contact with a phone call that turned into a 40 minute phone interview. Luckily I missed the call and had an opportunity to do some research about the position, company, etc! I was asked to come to the job site for an in person interview, after that went very well I received a call from an area VP to meet with him very briefly. I found out within a few days that Toll Brothers would be offering me a job and I would receive an email with more info (background check etc). The overall process was very straight forward and everybody was very friendly. Each interview turned into more of a casual conversation than a job interview.
