I received contact details from my University for this internship at Tom Cody Designs (London). It took me a week to receive an interview date. The Interview process contained a 1:1 presentation of your art portfolio to the designers of the company, showing the skills suitable for the creative role. The interview took 20 mins and I received feedback within a week.

Very simple and easy to follow. Gave me a test print to edit, saw my strengths and knew which area I was best suited in, and I got job right away.
