Shadowed the entire day with them. Pretty easy going. Get to see how they interact with their clients. They took me out to lunch to continue asking questions in between meetings with clients. I talked to about 5 different people in the office. You get a really good feel of the atmosphere and other employees.

I interviewed for a sales position and it went well. I first had a call with a recruiter and then moved on to the manager to have a virtual interview. I was then supposed to do the shadow day with a senior rep and they cancelled it the day before saying they weren't filling the position until later in the year. Well I never heard back from them but funny enough, a new manager reached out 10 months after my interview to see if I was interested.

Very rudimentary and novice experience. Great for Fresh out of college candidates. Not for someone who has had an established career. Also a very young staff with lots of smoke and mirror promises
